At Frituurshop.com, we make returns and warranties as simple and transparent as possible. Below, you'll find all the information about how to register a return and what the warranty terms are.


Returning a product

Do you want to return a product? You can do so up to 20 business days after delivery , provided the product:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Complete and unused

This is how returns work:

  1. Download the return form via the button below.
  2. Please fill out the form in full.
  3. Send the return form by email to info@frituurshop.com .
  4. After receipt, you will receive a return slip from us, which you must include in the return package .
  5. After receiving and checking the product, you will receive a credit invoice , provided the return meets the conditions.

All the information you need to complete the form correctly can be found on the packing list you received with your order.

Reasons for Returns

Please indicate in the form why you wish to return the product so that we can process your request correctly:

  • I placed an incorrect order myself
  • Frituurshop.com delivered the wrong item
  • The product does not meet quality expectations

Warranty

If you experience a defect in an item, you can also use our warranty process.

Warranty conditions:

  • The standard factory warranty is 1 year
  • Warranty only applies to manufacturing defects
  • Damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty
